Spyware won't go away, massive spam increase.

I have a customer that is having a sudden massive increase in Spam and popups on their systems. I ran Spybot and the Symantec Corporate scanner and it removed a bunch of spyware, adware and a couple of viruses. That seemed to do the trick for a bit.

The user started to complain that they were getting more spam than ever - 300+ messages per day. I ran the scans again and removed a few more things, but it doesn't seem right. So I installed a demo of BitDefender and re-scanned the system with it and it came up with a number of things the other two did not. But we're still getting spam.

I've attached a hijackthis log for the computer in question. If any of you could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.Start Free Trial
