ComboFix and HijackThis log analysis required

I recently suffered from a Trojan infection and followed instructions to another user from this site to use ComboFix.  Having done that it has removed the main issue (Google, Hotmail, etc. being hijacked) but now I am having the occasional crash that seems to come from Firefox but crashes the system.

I have attached my ComboFix log and a HijackThis log (from after running ComboFix).  I am an advanced user but am not that knowledgeable about Malware and Viruses.  I have McAfee Security Centre (installed from day 1 of PCs life) and PCTools Spyware Doctor installed (purchased and installed after problems appeared).
