Getting "Potentially Malicious" activity alert on my system concerning file named "GIMP-2.4.EXE"

Hey all! Man.... so starting yesterday i 've gotten two alerts (they seem like their from "Threatfire") but he just blank white alerts that wont give me/let me click on any other information in the alert accept for a link to this website:  www.prevx.com/filenames/X585479477551833533-0/GIMP-2.4.EXE.html.

When i try to open Threatfire, it wont open, it's frozen or something.   The alert states "An application has performed an action that is potentially malicious."

Application name: GIMP-2.4.EXE
Path: J:\GIMP-2.0\BIN.

 I'm a little worried about this. I cant get the alert to close. Heres my Hijackthis log. Please help!
