Infected with Win32.BHO.je & Virtumonde.dll can anyone fix this easily?

Have a computer that is Infected with Win32.BHO.je & Virtumonde.dll. I have run Symantec Corporate AV 10.1 and it finds the following:  I have run Adaware 2007 and it finds NOTHING. Run SpyBot S & D 1.5.2 and it finds the Win32.BHO.je & Virtumonde.dll but the program is not able to clean the system. Here is the HiJackThis log also:
