Could someone check a ComboFix log?

I recently thought I'd cleaned a computer, but when I returned it McAfee popped up with a W32/PEPatcher.c trojan that couldn't be cleaned.

McAfee advise to use latest DAT to fix it, but we already had this!

Ran malwarebytes that found and deleted 6 infected files, but then full McAfee scan found the uncleanable trojan again.
