Very Slow IE Page Loads

This is a friend's PC that I'm working on remotely.  It's a 2003 Dell with plenty of free hard drive space and RAM, but it's become so slow on opening internet pages that it's pretty much useless.

She's run Spybot, AdAware, AVG, and other tools that didn't find anything.

Attached is the HJT log from this PC.  Any analysis of it and suggestions would be appreciated.  Nothing against anyone else, but rpprgrl (sp) has always been spot on in solving these problems for me.Start Free Trial
