I administer a network of approxiamately 30 machines, all running winXP with a DHCP server running 2000 Server edition. All users are setup with a POP3 email account which is provided by an external email hosting company.
When ever a user tries to send an email they get a bounce back message saying that they have been blocked by spam cop. I have ran an I.P check at spamcop.net and got the following results:
--------------------------
----------
----------
----------
-------
203.***.***.103 listed in bl.spamcop.net (127.0.0.2)
If there are no reports of ongoing objectionable email from this system it will be delisted automatically in approximately 21 hours.
Causes of listing
System has sent mail to SpamCop spam traps in the past week (spam traps are secret, no reports or evidence are provided by SpamCop)
SpamCop users have reported system as a source of spam less than 10 times in the past week
Additional potential problems
(these factors do not directly result in spamcop listing)
DNS error: 203.***.***.103 is visp.*****.net but visp.*****.net has no DNS information
Because of the above problems, express-delisting is not available
Listing History
In the past 55.6 days, it has been listed 5 times for a total of 5.0 days

All machines are virus protected using AVG Pro Ed, I have run multiple Anti-Spyware tools on ALL machines several times. Spamcop are no help what so ever.
Are there any suggestions as to what else I could try, also how do I resolve the DNS problems Spamcop outlines in the above?
