Router blocking hundreds of "outgoing ICMP packet (ICMP type 3)" unknown origin

my router is catching all kinds of attempts for the following, but nothing should be accessing the internet except for firefox and trillian.  how can I find and stop whatever's on my machine?  my usual toolset of malware detectors can't find anything.
