Evaluating anti-spyware solutions

Hi,

I support a large number of clients, both businesses and home users. The products we're currently using claim to have anti-spyware capability, but lately we've had several cases of spyware infecting computers (both home and business) so I'm looking at whether there is a better solution available.

Currently for businesses we're using Trend Micro Client Security Messaging Suite 3.6, and for homes it's CA Internet Security Suite 2008.

Looking for any constructive (and non-biased) opinions on what will protect my clients, bearing in mind too that some are not very technical so it would be good for the software to be fairly self-explanatory (although this is second to actually keeping spyware out!)

The products I've seen mention of, that look ok so far are:

- Spysweeper
- Superantispyware
- CounterSpy

Any more (good ones) that I'm missing?
