URGENT:  Malware / Virus Help needed

I have a workstation that the local user is starting to get a ton of SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR un-deliverables messages in her inbox.  We run Small Business Server 2003 with our own Exchange server --- so it appears that the system messages are coming from our server --- looks like a ton of SPAM is being sent from her workstation now...

I have Trend Micro Systems installed on server and local workstation but nothing detected --- I have ran HI JACK THIS and included the log below but I'm clueless as to how to read this...Start Free Trial
