Browser Helper Objects or BHO'S won't remove.

I've done several searches and tried several different things, but I've go two .dll's that I can't remove.  It's a BHO that only affects IE.  [Windows\System32\yayaYPJY.dll  & Windows\System32\jJAQkig.dll.]

No spyware, antivirus, HijackThis, or malware proggie can delete them.  I even tried the shortname cmd to remove.  "File in use cannot delete" is what I get.  I see I'm not the only one to be challenged by this little bugger, but after all my searches, I have not found a simple solution.  Somebody has to know of a command line to get rid of these relatively easy.

I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm not interested in any third party soft, which claims to be the cure all.  I've tried most and spent way too much on trying to find a solution when I could just pull out another cloned hd and be back in business.  I just don't like these little script kiddies getting the best of me.  I hope everone can understand my point regarding that and my frustration that follows.  :-(

Any and all help is welcomed and appreciated to the fullest.

WinXP SP2 & all patches.
Currently Running IE 7

PS. Also tried unstalling/reinstalling/resetting IE 7 to default minus all previous BHO's and activex plugins.  These little buggers keep showing up.  Also tried all safe mode options that I know of.
