Spyware.cometcursor detected

I am at a location that runs Symantec 10.1, one laptop keeps getting the same spyware notice in the quarantine of Symantec.  Over and over no matter how I remove it or try to find it, it finds spyware.cometcursor in the c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe?  I have tried spybot, superanti, the symantec suggestions on their website including all the registry keys.  Thing is I am not really sure that its on here it just keeps saying that it is and asking me to reboot to correct it.  I have completely uninstalled Symantec and reinstalled a fresh copy and still finds it.  Anyone see something in this Hijack that looks out of the ordinary?Start Free Trial
