Here recently I bought a new HP laptop and over the past week, this ad keeps popping up. I have run Spybot, Ad-Aware, Windows Defender, AVG 8 Antivirus, and when they run, they usually find and remove the infected files or adaware. However, on this occurrence, I can not get rid of these annoying popups. Also, since this has been happening, my browser freezes periodically when surfing, so I assume my browser is being hijacked. It's not like I havent cleaned off spyware before, it just seems like this time I can't get rid of it for the life of me. I have attached a pic of what the popup looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I do not want to back everything back up and reinstall the fresh HP image. Thank youStart Free Trial
