UPS Email Virus problem

Hi All

I have looked through various questions and answers and obviously discovered that this has affected many users, as well as myself.

I have the same problem in that my boss opened up an email alledgely from UPS and infected his machine with this virus.  He reckons he was expecting an email from them and thats why he did it!!!!! ( Yeah righto)

We have Symantec AV corp edition 10.2, updating on a daily basis and it got straight past it!!

Anyway I have done the usual and followed instructions off other questions so here are my details.

WIN XP Pro SP2, I have ran Combifix in safe mode which seemed to solve the problem.  After this ran Spybot Search and Destroy, which found a few more issues, which I got rid of via the software.  After this I thought "Great" everyone else says there's is usually ok after this, so I booted into Normal mode and low and behold the little error message in the system tray popped up saying the usual naff information (Your computer is infected:- Windows has detected spyware etc etc) popping up every 15 seconds or so.

I thought a good place to start would be with a Hijackthis log, so if anyone can help me out please do as this is now a matter of urgency.
