hard drive  not shown and annoying VIRUS ALERT msg

I had a virus in my win XP SP2 which is now, I hope, deleted.
However, I have a few remaining issues:
1 in the Start menue "All programs" is missing. and also in "My computer"
2 In the Start menue "Logout" is missing
3 in "My computer" the whole section with hard disks is missing
4 trying to rightclick the desktop, I get a msg "system adm has inactivated ..."
5 cannot start safe mode
6 an annoying msg after the timestamp inthe clockfield saying VIRUS ALERT!
and maybe a  few more...Start Free Trial
