What are the steps in Internet Explorer 7 to enter a domain as banned?

Hello. I have a question. What are the steps in Internet Explorer 7 to enter a domain as banned? For example, I get plagued by Spybot for Avenue A, Inc, and DoubleClick for permissions to accpet or deny them. I am getting tired of denying them on many websites that I want to visit. Please reply with the steps? What do I need to do? Also, I have Firefox and Opera as well. I am not getting plagued with them there (yet), but what are the steps to ban them there as well?
