I agree with RedLondon. User will not lose his emails if emails are in webmail.
Hope this helps!

I need to be able to download the full AOL exe for version 9 to work on windows XP.
My client is having problems and it suggests reinstalling but he doesnt have the disk. The download on the AOL website requires usernames and passwords and also doesnt allow you to download as one exe file.
Finally, as AOL is a webmail application it means my client wont lose his emails will he?
Thanks
Aura

Thank you for the feedback, the problem corrected itself this morning just by turning the PC on, I suspect it was a AOL problem but they will never admit it will they.
I have given points appropriately as they were still correct answers and will no doubt help me in the future or if the problem re-occurs.
Thanks AURA

Have you tried http://daol.aol.com/softwa re/91 ? It downloads a .exe which is basically a download manager - that full download starts without asking for any login details
e.com/Othe r/Miscella neous/ Q_21 260583.htm l details how to retrieve a copy of email that was stored on his PC.
He'd not lose any new emails, but any email he'd downloaded to his PC will still be on his PC (and not on the server). http://www.experts-exchang
