Browse All TopicsWhen I am forwarding emails from Outlook the attachments are being changed in their format. I am receiving .PDF files from someone. When I forward them to 2 people, they receive the file as a .DAT file.
I am using a POP3 and SMTP server for my mail. I am sending it to 2 people that are using AOL. Any idea on what the issue could be?

Hi Ryan,
You'll need to send the file in plain text or HTML and not rich text. So, you'll need to modify your Outlook client: on the menu, go to Tools --> Options, and select Menu Format.
