ichat times out while connecting via video chat to aol's AIM application

1) i am using ichat on a macbook pro, when chatting with someone using AOL's AIM chat application i can request a video with them with no connection problem, but when someone from my list requests a video chat from my ichat app. it comes thru but when i click accept it times out and cancels the connection before the vid starts. any ideas?

2) how can i connect via ichat with someone with low or med bandwidth.ie they are using a sprint broadband usb or express card on a pc.Start Free Trial
