I have an off-site user who is unable to access any secure web site. He is using Internet Explorer 7 on an XP machine. He can browse to unsecured sites, but when he attempts to log in to a his personal email account, his business email account or other secure sites such as our GoToAssist portal or other such sites, he gets a page can not be displayed error.
We checked to insure he can accept cookies, lowered his security settings, disabled his firewall and pop up blocker but nothing seems to help. I had him download Firefox to use as a workaround, but he can't access any sites with it.
Can someone give me some insight as to what is going on with his computer, and what can be done to repair it. I'm sure it must be a setting, but haven't been able to determine what it may be.
