Client cannot reach URL on Internet Explorer7

Hi,
I have a very strange problem. A client of ours is trying to browse to a URL of ours which is an HTTPS site.
1: All other external clients can see the URL
2: The client can reach the URL using Firefox (but can't use firefox in this case)
3: The client can reach all other web sites with IE7
4: The client has a direct connection to the internet
5: The client is directed to the Windows Live page when they try and browse to the URL in IE7

So, only with our site and IE7 can the client not reach the site, but they can with Firefox
I've:
1: Asked them to ping the URL and it's fine
2: Checked that the site isn't blocked in IE7
3: Cleared the cache, cookies etc..

This seems really strange as it's only IE7 and site specific. Any suggestions vey welcome.
