change default page that appears when using proxy server

We're using FF2 with a proxy server that goes no where to limit the user to several business sites. when a blocked URL is
typed in to the address bar FF2 displays a page saying "Unable to find the proxy server", "Try Again".

Is there any way to change this default page to one with custom text?
