Hi.
rg/blogs/w illburns1/ archive/20 08/12/ 02/h ow-to-crea te-mutiple -users-in- firefox-on -a-mac-osx .aspx) or completely uninstall/reinstall FF.
From how you describe the situation, the following seems to be clear:
1. The fault does not lie with the website
2. Nor does it lie with your internet connection
3. And it is not a generic Firefox issue either
This leaves us with two possible explanations:
a) It could be caused by the way Firefox is set up on that specific machine;
b) It could be caused by the way internet access is configured on that specific machine.
In order to check for a), please run a test with alternative browsers like Safari, Opera, Chrome etc.
If they display the site, try creating a fresh new Firefox profile to work with (http://www.blogiversity.o
If, however, the alternative browsers fail as well, compare the internet connection settings on this Mac to the ones on the Mac that works, and make them match. Also check for any software running in the background that may interfere with the internet (like firewalls, security suites, third-party adblockers and spam filters etc) and that are not running on the other Mac as well. Should you find any such software, disable it, reboot, and try again.
Hope this helps.
