HI ,
I suddenly found that I cannot open the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321710 from my office,
then I have tried to open http://support.microsoft.com and it cannot be opened too.
I have tried some way

1, open the http://www.microsoft.com OK
2, ping support.microsoft.com or ping microsoft.com or ping www.microsoft.com does not work
3, change the proxy setting to some public proxy server out of australia , works
4, check the proxy server (Squid) setting on my server : It doesnot block anything
5, ping support.microsoft.com or ping microsoft.com or ping www.microsoft.com from my proxy server does not work

any idea?
