asx file will play in Firefox, but not IE 6 or 7

I've got a link to an embedded asx file that will play fine in Firefox, but will give the error "The Clip you have selected is currently offline. Please try again later." (the link to it is http://www.shadowtv.com/redirect/notification.jsp?vid=1ec1824cc4b06c5529743f588bdfb9d2 )

The clip is most definitely online as it will play in Firefox, but not in Internet Explorer 6 or 7. I've poured through the settings but cannot seem to locate one that will affect this. Start Free Trial
