Web Page Not Displaying

Hello Experts,

I have an interesting issue that I have never seen before. On a home network (Workgroup, both XP Pro SP3 computers); both of them cannot access http://www.theeducationcenter.com/tec/. This website is not blocked on either of the computers (Nor do I have any sites blocked for that matter). Both of these computers can surf the internet just fine, but just cant access this one site. There is no firewall in the router that is blocking it either. They also, cannot get to the address by going to the IP which is 69.166.150.69. This issue also occurs in both Firefox and IE 8. Any Ideas??
