Code works in IE and Firefox but not Google Chrome

Hello,
We have the attached code on our page.
It works fine in IE and Firefox but doesn't work in Google chrome.
You can see an example at:
http://www.sevenseascharters.com/mega-yacht-charters-over150-2.html

It is for the top Request password button.
When you are in Google chrome and click on it, it does nothing.
It opens the correct form in all the other browsers.

Perhaps try using the onsubmit event handler rather than the action:
