How do I block internet access for one PC

We have a PC that needs to be on our office network for access to particular files... but we do not want this machine to have access to the internet or email.   How do I block internet access for this machine?

It is an XP SP2 machine.  The office router is a 2Wire model that came with our AT&T/SBC DSL service.Start Free Trial
