To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

Computer unable to resolve 1 web address, works on all other sites...

I have what seems to be a minor issue, yet irritating. Currently with my internet and IE I can access all known websites EXCEPT www.newegg.com which is important to me.. =) I cannot access the site via typing www.newegg.com, but when I type in their IP address in the web browser it goes to it. My system can resolve all host names except that one. I've checked my HOSTS file, restricted file in IE, and reset my winsock with no luck.

Also, I am NOT going to switch to firefox or any other browser so please don't suggest it. I've already contacted my ISP and they state they have no issues and have a clear trace to me (of course). Any ideas would be helpful..
