IE7 Problems / Runonce.asapx

IE7 / XP Pro

I am launching IE7 for the first time and it is attemting to launch http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx as usual. The problem is that the page is getting the below IE error:

THis error stops me filling out the details required on the runonce page which means everytime I open IE it attempts to launch runonce.
