Cannot view flash videos on  CNN or JibJab

I have a Windows Vista laptop running the latest IE7.  I installed flash player but I cannot view videos on CNN or JibJab.  The CNN player says Undefined, Make sure you do not have any flash blocking add-ons installed.  I checked the addon section and there is nothing different then another Windows Vista laptop we have.  I've reset IE to see if that would work but it was unsuccessful.  Video sites like youTube work fine.Start Free Trial
