IE7 prints with a tiny font size

Hi all -
     I have remote control of my grandfather-in-law's computer (age 95!) to fix a few problems for him.  One of them is that whenever he prints from a web page, the font size is so tiny that even I could hardly read it when I visited him the other day.  But when he prints from an e-mail, the font size is fine.

     I looked around IE7 for the right setting to adjust, but I couldn't find it.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.Start Free Trial
