We have a customer who repeatedly reports "problems" with his computer. It's actually not a problem. When he's browsing the intranet front page links, the links are colored gray as it's supposed to do on visited links. After a certain time and the history content expiring, the links are colored blue again. Our customer thinks there is a problem with his computer (lol!). I've tried to find a good explanation of this as he is not acceptiong our answer. Do you guys have a good explanation to a novice person?
