The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Freezing problem on random conditions

I'm having an issue with Internet Explorer 7. It was working just perfectly until a couple of weeks ago, now I have a constant problem, when I open it, when I scroll pages, when I open new tabs, it freezes for something between 3 and 6 seconds, system is working fine, nothing else freezes.
After a few seconds it goes right back to normal.
Let's rule out some stuff.
-I didn't install new software or drivers, but just to make sure I already uninstalled useless stuff from the computer
-I already tried to reset IE7, didn't work
-I already tried safe mode, same problem
-I tried removing addons I don't need, nothing changed
-Cpu DOES NOT skyrocket it's just IE7 that feels bad in those moments, rest of the computer is just fine
-Ever since this happened I'm experiencing a slow down on my Outlook Express as well, a fair size slow down
-Programs that might be involved in the issue as far as I know, might be my NOD32 or my AiRoboForms, do realize that they have been installed on my computer for quite some time before the this problem started and never gave me trouble.
