Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Internet Explorer 7 will not access certain websites even though other computers in same network can

I have a user at a site here who CANNOT access certain sites. She gets error messages. I can access them on other systems using the same version of IE. She can open most of them in Firefox. She is running XP Professional.

Case in point is fedex.com. She tries to login and it returns:
HTTP 405 - Method Not Allowed

I have cleared the IE data. I have reset IE. I tried running IE in Safe Mode (disable add-ins). I tried running the computer in safe mode with networking. Same result.

I have downgraded her to IE 6. SLIGHTLY different error:
HTTP 405 - Resource Not Allowed

I reinstall IE 7. Above error happens.

I have run Super AntiSpyware, Spybot, and Windows Defender. Nothing shows up.
She is running NOD 32 2.7 and it is not blocking or detecting anything. I run a full scan with latest updates, nothing shows up.

Hijack this (as far as I can tell) is not digging up anything (attached).

I have cleared DNS cache.

This system is less than a month old (Dell D520).

I searched Google and the ONLY other compatible result was someone else having a similar issue with logging on in IE 7 to fedex.com.

I need some further help.
