Customer can not access internet but can through VPN to home office

Zones: Internet Explorer Web Browser, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet & Email Software

I have a client that can not access the internet. They are using intent explorer.

They can access the remote terminal server through RDP but can not accees interent.

When I try to ping a web address I get the IP address but no response. I tried to use the IP address to rule out any DNS issues and it still will not work.

ANy suggestions?
