Printing all frames on a website

I need help printing a webpage on my internet banking, so that the printout shows all the frames on my screen and has the web address at the bottom of the page, so that the printout can be used as proof of my financial records. Of course I'm trying to print a page that is viewable once logged in only, but it has the same frame layout as the above mentioned login screen.

Even when I select the option to print frames as laid out on the screen the left frame is always missing.

I've also tried using firefox and safari, but the all produce the same results.
