When the user attempts to click on the IE icon on his desktop, he gets the following response.
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I have 3 users that just starting getting this response. They are all administrators to their systems and it did work in the past. They can still access the net going through the "My Computer" icon on their desktop. Any ideas.
