Having problems getting backgrounds to display in IE 7. This can either be a background color or a background image.
I have tried resetting all settings to defaults, clearing out temp files, and reinstalling IE.
IE 6 was originally installed and it wouldnt display background images through that browser either, nor does it display them in Firefox.
I also noticed that during the IE7 setup it was not diplaying the background image for the setup, which has nothing to do with internet explorer.
Is there some kind of setting in Windows to turn background images off? I have tried changing Performance options and such which no luck. Any help??
