IE 7 won't open TIF files, can only save or cancel

I have some users here that are unable to open tif files from IE 7.  When they click the link it brings up the download box and their only options is to find, save as or cancel.  If we save it then it will open fine.  If the find button is clicked it opens a new tab and doesn't do anything.  I know on IE 6 it would just say "Open" instead of find.  Is there anyway to do this with IE 7?Start Free Trial
