Can't display enterprise webpage using Java and IE7, seems like a certain setting.

Tags: Microsoft, Windows XP, Java 5.0 Update 12
HI Guys,

A section on my company's webpage uses Java 5.0 Update 12. It seems once in a while I get a weird problem where IE7 won't detect Java at all when I try to launch this page and it seems like there's some setting thats causing this. The reason I say this is because on the same PC under different accounts it works fine, but on the problematic account it won't. I compared all Java settings from the control panel with a known working PC as well as all IE7 settings (mainly the security settings and settings under the Advanced Options) and both are identical. I've even put the link in to managed websites under the privacy tab in IE7 hoping it would help.

I noticed when you launch the page on a new account on the machine it will ask you to Accept something for a security certificate and I always have luck when I hit yes. But say if the user hit no? it never seems to come back. Is this the setting that maybe causing this problem? By the way, Java 5.0 Update 12 is the only version on the machine and we don't update because it is corporate policy.

Please help! I've been wasting way too much time troubleshooting this myself.
