Websites won't load because add-ons are disabled

Internet Explorer 7 hangs and the user is asked to close IE 7 and relaunch. The message says Active X won't work because IE 7 add-ons are disabled and the add-on menu won't let the user enable any of them. The problem cannot be solved because there is no way to enable the add-ons.Start Free Trial
