Google using Internet Explorer 7 redirects me to other websites.

I am having difficulty using Google with Internet Explorer 7. Every time I click on a website it redirects me to totally different websites.

I am using an HP Pavilion Laptop, Windows XP with SP3 updated as of 08/14/08.

I have a current version of Nortons Antivirus, Systemworks and have run virus scans with unsuccessful results.

I ran a HiJackThis system scan (see Code Snippet below):

If anyone could provide any assistance I would greatly appreciate it.
