Internet Explorer 7 will not print

So, lately IE7 has quit printing.  When I choose to print, I get this message:

An error has occurred during this operation.

So, I go to "Tools" then "Internet Options", I get a pop up window labeled "Restrictions":

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact your system administrator."

I am the only user of the computer and all my security (as I know of) is unrestricted.  This is very frustrating because the site my business uses every day (it's the ONLY way I do my job) only uses Internet Explorer.  I've installed Firefox and in other programs, no problems printing.  Only in IE7.  I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall, but no luck.

ALSO, I cannot force an update on the computer.  I've tried and tried... no luck.  It's so freakin wierd.

System info:
DELL Inspiron 9400 Laptop
Windows XP

I've run Spybot with no fixes needed.
