Internet Options > Connections tab freezes computer

Hi All,

I have a weird problem I have been trying to fox for a few days.

The pc will crash if I do either of the following:-

1. Click Start > Hover the mouse over "Connect To"

2. Internet Explorer > Internet Options > "Click Connections Tab"

Either of the above will freeze the pc.

However I can get Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del)

Before anyone asks Have I scanned for virus - YES
AVG, NOD32, SuperAntispyware, Malwarebytes, TrueSword, Bitdefender Online, Panda Online, Trend Online (Everything)
I am running IE6 However If I upgrade to IE7 I still get the same problem.
Hard-Drive has been scanned for bad sectors and other issues.
System Restore doesnt solve the issue.
All toolbars have been uninstalled.


Any ideas??
