Experts Exchange pages not loading correctly

The experts-exchange question pages aren't coming up correctly. It is only giving me a single line into which to type an anwser. Sure, I can scroll, but I can only see one line at a time. I have to type the answer elsewhere and paste it in.

Please see the attached screen shot.
