IE close automatically

We have a web application, where there is a option to take printout. When i click save button, the web application save the details into database and it will call local computer print windows to print a slip.

When i click save button, records saves but in stead of display print window( as like when we click print on MS Word) IE Closes.

Is it any Virus..
