Connecting to My network

I have a PDA Asus A696.
I can connect to my network with it, But I have to click the connect button about 10 to 15 times and it goes though tring to connect each time, before it will connect.
And it does not matter how far away or how close I am to the router.

I have two other computers and they connect just fine. But the diference is they go though a group like workgroup and the pda does not, it connects directly to the network though the router

Does anyone have any idea of why it take that many times for me to connect?

it is timeout for standard NTLM authentication. If you are not member of domain or workgroup, it takes time.

i never see it before. PDA's are not including domain yet. For this reason, they have to wait during timeout. any case normally it is uncomfortable but it is not a fault. You can not fix it. You can learn how to use PDA in your tasks with limited capability.
