Corrupt Temporary Internet Files on Windows 2000 Terminal Server

I am having an issue with Sharepoint giving an errors (object required, expected identifier) when I browse the Sharepoint site.If I clear the Temporary Internet files, it works-it seems to work until it uses a cached page (Temporary Internet File) then it gives the same errors on page.

I have no problems accessing the Sharepoint site on another computers. The browser we use is IE6 and we do not plan on upgrading to IE7 or IE8. I have compared the IE settings on both the working/non-working computer and it looks the same.
A few points that may/may not help:
-It is a Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
-Other websites are fine
-The site is aspx
-I have tried uninstall/reinstalling java.
-I tried running a viruscan and Spyware removal tool.
To me, it looks like the Temporay Internet files cache is becoming corrupted.
Any ideas on how to stop it?
