No policy changes have occured. GPEDIT looks fine, nothing is disabling them anyway. I honestly saw no mention of tabbed browsing in the internet explorer sections or subsections.

Browse All TopicsI am running xp pro sp2 and magically Internet Explorer stopped allowing tabbed browsing. If I try to open a new tab nothing happens and when going to the internet options and tabbed browsing settings everything is greyed out. I tried restoring browser to default state I even tried upgrading from v7 to v8. Same results. Here is a picture of what I mean but I am unable to turn on tabbed browsing. Magically last week the tabs disappeared along with the option to even use them.
